Learning Outcomes

• Draft a sound arbitration clause and agreement.
• Follow arbitral proceedings and the tribunal's duties.
• Understand enforcement of and challenges to awards.
• Identify the sources of international law and their application.

Admission Requirements

1. 1 A university degree in law, political science or a related discipline.
2. 2 A copy of the academic qualification and proof of identity.
3. 3 Familiarity with English legal terminology is preferred.
4. 4 Attendance of at least 75% of the program sessions.
