Program Overview

The program presents the principles and theoretical basis of art therapy, and explains how drawing, sculpting, and color can be used as a non-verbal outlet for difficult emotions. Sessions include practical workshops where participants try different therapeutic art tools and exercises before applying them with varied groups.
