Program Overview
The program covers the overall structure of the DSM-5, its main classification axes, and the principles for distinguishing between overlapping symptoms, with emphasis on the clinical criteria practitioners use when formulating a diagnosis. Participants leave with an organized understanding of the manual's sections and how to use it as a reference tool, along with a stronger ability to read symptoms in context.
