Section / Category

Mental Health: Intervention Programs for Practitioners

Certificate

Program Overview

The program reviews the theoretical basis of exposure therapy and how fear is learned and extinguished, then focuses on building a graded exposure hierarchy—imaginal, in-vivo, or interoceptive—based on the nature of the case. Sessions include practical exercises designing safe exposure protocols.

The program is intended for qualified mental health practitioners and does not by itself grant a license to practice therapy. Participants leave with the skill to design a graded exposure plan that respects client safety and pace of progress.

Learning Outcomes
