ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Lead Implementer Program

The program explains the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 clause by clause from the perspective of real implementation in manufacturing and service organisations, focusing on the process approach, risk-based thinking and the PDCA cycle.

Participants practise building an implementation plan, conducting gap analysis, writing policies and procedures, designing quality indicators, and running internal audits and management reviews, so each participant leaves with a documentation kit adaptable to their own organisation.
